To give you ultimate flexibility we give you 2 purchase options:-

Option A – you purchase your licenses up-front, part of your purchase price provides Support & Upgrades for the first 120 days, and then you can decide whether to continue the Support & Upgrade Programme in month 5.

Option B – we bundle together your license costs, support & upgrades for months 5 to 12, plus a half day training. You pay 25% up front, and the remainder over 10 monthly direct debit payments.


OPTION A – Purchase your licenses

client-Assyst and/or commission-Assyst

  • £480 for a single user or first user on a network
  • £240 - 50% discount - for second license, either for disconnected laptop use, or second user on a network
  • £180 - over 60% discount - for third and all other licenses

Note - if the database is held on a separate server, the server does not need a
client-Assyst license

Note: for large orders, further discounts may be available


OPTION B – First year agreement

You can pay your costs over 12 months. This includes a full year of support and upgrades, a half day training visit, and optionally any conversion costs. You pay 25% up front, then the remainder in 10 monthly Direct Debits. Example costs:-

  • 1 license = £270 up front, followed by (starting in month 2) 10 payments of £81 per month. Year 2 support reduces to just £40 per month.
  • 3 licenses = £405 up front, followed by (starting in month 2) 10 payments of £121.50 per month. Year 2 support reduces to just £55 per month.
  • 5 licenses = £525 up front, followed by (starting in month 2) 10 payments of £157.50 per month. Year 2 support reduces to just £70 per month.


30-day money back guarantee for all new orders: -

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the software and manual in their original condition for a full refund.


Support (first 120 days) - FREE - included in your purchase price:-

  • All telephone support for technical support or "How do I?" queries provided as part of your purchase price.
  • Any upgrade released during this period provided as part of your purchase price.


Ongoing Support and Upgrades (after 120 days) - OPTIONAL:-

  • Monthly support and upgrade fees, collected by Direct Debit, £45 per month for 1 or 2 licenses, £70 per month for 3 or 4 licenses, £95 per month for 5 or 6 licenses, £120 per month for 7 or 8 licenses, £145 per month for 9 or more licenses.
  • All telephone support and problem solving continues
  • All future upgrades automatically provided.


Training - OPTIONAL:-

  • Not normally required (as software is so simple to use and intuitive)
  • Personal training can be arranged at your offices - from £280 for a half day (depending upon location), £480 for a full day. You can have up to 4 people in attendance.


Fund Price Downloads - OPTIONAL:-

  • Weekly price feed of over 90,000 life, pension, unit trust, and offshore funds
  • £27.50 per month
  • Minimum 3 month contract
